How It Works

The Pick Up & Delivery process is extremely easy, you don't even need to be home!  We can easily pick up your items from a predetermined safe location on your property and return them there as well. Don’t have a place to leave your items? We can easily come to your work location as well.

Pick-up and delivery service is free with a minimum of $50.00 + GST order.*

Contact us to schedule pick-up.  Just let us know where and we will send one of our drivers to collect your drycleaning or laundry!  

You will be notified when your clothes are ready.  We will deliver your immaculate garments wherever you are!

All items are cleaned to their specific needs as well as Finished to their requirements.

We exceed all Government rules and regulations in handling our cleaning solvent. Aside from our cleaning solvents, we go out of our way to ensure anything that can be recycled, is. This includes hangers and plastic.

We provide all cleaning supplies and detergents; however if you have a preferred brand of detergent or fabric softener and wish to provide your own, our staff is willing to work with you. We also offer hypo-allergenic cleaning agents for allergy sufferers.

Wagners European Fabricare offers free pick up and delivery to customers in Delta, Ladner, White Rock, Tsawwassen, Surrey, Langley, Richmond, Vancouver, Downtown Vancouver, Burnaby.

Not at all, we can easily pick up your items from a predetermined safe location on your property and return them there as well. Don’t have a place to leave your items? We can easily come to your work location as well. In case you have security concerns - please ask us for the secure lock-up option.

*Pick up and delivery service is free with a minimum of $50.00 (before tax) order. Orders under the minimum are subject to a $20.00 fee. Labor for take down and installation of window coverings is charged as an additional hourly rate.

We have pre-scheduled pick up days for specific areas, and can offer a turnaround time of 3 days upon request.

Pick up and delivery service is available for any of your items that require dry cleaning, stain removal, alteration or even regular laundering. We can pick up and deliver your shirts, specialty garments, draperies, bedding, table linens, hockey gear, and much, much more.

Who We Are

Elisabeth Wagner

Elisabeth has been immersed in the garment industry since she was a child. Her parents operated a commercial laundry where she’d often help. Then, she married into the Wagner family and entered the drycleaning business. In 1990, Elisabeth earned a Masters Certificate in Dry Cleaning, the highest trade certification in Germany. In 1995, after relocating to Canada, Elisabeth purchased a drycleaning business.

Wagner’s European Fabricare is built upon Elisabeth’s 35 years of drycleaning experience. Whether it’s minding the details of your order or solving your drycleaning dilemmas, Elisabeth is known for her friendly service and professional advice.

Frank Wagner

Growing up in his family’s drycleaning business, Frank remembers spending evenings and weekends bagging thousands of orders by hand.

Later, Frank completed a three-year drycleaning apprenticeship. And he graduated from an exclusive textiles school in Austria. There, he learned about the chemical composition of fabrics as well as the dyeing, printing and manufacturing process. Before immigrating to Canada in 1997, Frank managed the U.S. Army’s drycleaning and laundry plant in southern Germany.

Today, Frank manages Wagner’s Tilbury outlet and is an active member of the B.C. Fabricare Association.
